This team of host moms and previous au pairs loves the trill of the search, interviewing, and making successful placements of au pairs with host families. It starts with a one hour consultation for the host family with 1-3 matching specialists. This will go in depth who the family is, the personalities of the kids, the home, and what they think would be the best fit of an au pair for their family. The family will be provided with a summary and advice for interviewing au pairs. After this, the family can choose on of two packages, The Premium Matching Service or the Second Opinions Service.
Premium Matching
In this service, there is a full vetting process of the au pair. Au Paradise collect driving interviews to review and meticulously analyze questionnaires answered by them. They then participate in two interviews with at least one of them being with a senior member of Au Paradise's staff. If everything looks like a match, the au pair is then presented to the host family for review and introduction. It takes the search of hundreds of au pairs down to just a few interviews!
Second Opinions
In this service, host families can drive the search as quickly as they want, focusing on what is most important to them. This package gives the security that the final decision of matching is the right one! After an interview with the host family, the au pair is introduced to one of Au Paradise's senior matching specialists. He or she will then be interview by the matching specialist with careful conversation geared towards any concerns the family may have. A summary of the interview will be provided to the family after for review.

Au Paradise takes pride in only working with families who follow the federal regulations of the au pair program and appear to have the au pair's best interest in mind. A great match is not just what the host family is looking for, it's what the au pair is looking for as well. Au Paradise always prioritizes the what the best fit for the au pair, making for a successful match!
